OM OSS OCH VAD VI ERBJUDER VÅRA KUNDER

Lab Pharma säljer kosttillskott som levereras rätt hem i din brevlåda på reguljär basis, utan bindningstid.

BETALNING

Du behöver inte betala på förhand; vi skickar en faktura tillsammans med försändelsen som du har 14 dagar på dig att betala. Observera att vi aldrig ber dig uppge sensitiv information, som konto- eller kreditupplysningar, då vi uteslutande använder oss av faktura som betalningsmedel. Din betalningsfrist står specificerad på fakturan. Vid försenad betalning tillkommer påminnelseavgift. Blir vi sedan tvungna att låta saken gå till inkasso kan även avgifter samt dröjsmålsränta tillkomma.

AUTOMATISKA FÖRSÄNDELSER OCH KÖPTRYGGHET

Lab Pharma säljer kosttillskott som levereras på reguljär basis. Du kan pausa, ändra eller säga upp ditt abonnemang via vår online kundservice. Ångerrättslagen ger dig 14 dagars ovillkorlig ångerrätt från dagen för mottagandet av din första försändelse, dvs. ångerrätten gäller endast den första leveransen i prenumerationen. Du kan med andra ord ångra ditt köp hela 14 dagar efter din första leverans. Efter detta mottar du automatiskt nya försändelser varje månad som täcker ditt månatliga behov. Om du vill avbeställa eller ändra en leverans måste du informera oss om detta senast 2 veckor på förhand. Datumfristen står specificerad på varje faktura. Du kan också kontakta kundservice för närmare information. Observera att ångerrätten inte gäller på de månatliga leveranserna – kom därför ihåg att informera oss senast 14 dagar före din nästa planlagda leverans om du önskar avbeställa den.

LEVERANS

Vi skickar alla försändelser med Posten. Din beställning kommer vanligtvis hem i brevlådan 5-9 dagar efter att vi har mottagit den. Därefter mottar du en ny försändelse varje månad. Du kan när som helst kontakta oss för att ändra ditt sändningsförlopp.

PRISER

Våra priser inkluderar moms och är giltiga fram till nya prislistor utkommer. Kampanjer och erbjudanden med lägre priser kan förekomma. Priserna är i kraft framtill ändring. Kampanjpris på första leverans kan endast utnyttjas en gån per kund. Erbjudandet gäller endast nya kunder. Om du beställer ett introduktionserbjudande trots att du tidigare gjort det, kommer ditt tidigare abonnemang att återaktiveras och produkten faktureras till ordinarie pris. Du kan alltid finna produktens ordinarie pris på produktens beställningssida.

PORTO

Frakt- och expeditionsavgifter kr 59,50 tillkommer på alla beställningar. Detta är en fast sats, oberoende av vikt och storlek på försändelsen. Beställer du flera månadsförbrukningar på samma gång betalar du med andra ord aldrig mer än kr 59,50 totalt. Gratis/rabatt på frakt kan förekomma.

ATT BESTÄLLA ONLINE

Du måste vara myndig för att kunna handla hos oss. Personer under 18 år kan alltså inte beställa våra produkter. Om du vill beställa för flera personer i hushållet än dig själv är det bara informera oss om detta per mail; vi ändrar gärna antal förpackningar och sändningsförlopp efter dina önskemål.

RÄTT ADRESS

Kunden ansvarar för att vi har uppgifter på rätt adress. Då kunden inte meddelar om eventuell adressförändring är hen skyldig för leveranskostnader.

14 DAGARS ÅNGERRÄTT – TRYGGT OCH ENKELT!

Ångerrättslagen ger dig 14 dagars ovillkorlig ångerrätt från dagen för mottagandet av din första försändelse. Ångerrätten innebär att du har rätt till att ångra köpet av en oöppnad produkt och returnera den. För att ångerrätten ska gälla måste produkten returneras i samma skick som du mottog den. Vid användning av ångerrätten måste du betala kostnaderna för returneringen av varan. Ångerrättsformulär medföljer i orderbekräftelsen för ditt första köp. Meddela kundtjänsten om din retur.

Returrätten gäller enbart din första försändelse/vid nytecknande av abonnemang, då varorna i påföljande försändelser är identiska med den första. Du har alltid möjlighet att bestämma dig för huruvida du önskar ytterligare leveranser före påföljande månadsförbrukning blir utskickad – kom bara ihåg att kontakta kundservice 14 dagar innan nästa planlagda försändelse om du vill avbeställa eller pausa abonnemanget! Om du informerar oss senare än 14 dagar före din nästa leverans har vi redan packat och klargjort försändelsen, och kan därmed inte dra tillbaka eller avbeställa den. Om du trots detta väljer att skicka produkter i retur till oss, är du fortfarande pliktig att betala fakturan för den aktuella försändelsen. Om önskligt kan vi skicka en returnerad försändelse tillbaka till dig mot att du betalar portot på kr 59,50. Du måste betala de direkta kostnaderna för att skicka tillbaka varan. Kunden måste ta ansvar för transporten av paketet.

ÄNDRINGAR

Du kan när som helst pausa ditt abonnemang. Om du vill skjuta upp eller hoppa över din nästa försändelse måste du informera kundservice om detta före ändringsfristen, som står specificerad på din senaste faktura.

PERSONUPPLYSNINGAR

Vi behandlar alla våra kunders personupplysningar konfidentiellt och i enlighet med personuppgiftslagen. Vi varken säljer eller vidare förmedlar personuppgifter utan använder oss enbart av dessa upplysningarna för att kunna skicka ut dina ordrar, samt ge dig information om våra produkter.

Du godkänner Lab Pharma AS att använda alla kommunikationstjänster i form av brev, e-post och telefontjänster, för att marknadsföra våra produkterbjudanden. Godkännande av marknadsföring är valfritt och är i kraft tills kunden meddelar om stopp på tjänsterna. Ifall du önskar att se ifrån kommunikationstjänsterna helt eller delvis var i kontakt med kundservicen.

BEGRÄNSNINGAR

Lab Pharma AS tar inte ansvar för händelser vi inte kan påverka på. Händelser som strömavbrott, fel informerad pris eller leveransproblem, som sker utanför Lab Pharma AS övervakning. Lab Pharma AS ansvarar inte för missbruk av våra produkter. Följ förpackningens instruktioner.

LAB PHARMA, by the managing director, is the data controller responsible for the company’s processing of personal data. The data controller has the ultimate responsibility to ensure that all processing and handling of personal data is in accordance with applicable legislation. The policy contains information about your rights in regards to the storage of personal data through a customer relationship with LAB PHARMA, and general information about how we treat personal data in accordance with the relevant privacy legislation.

PERSONAL DATA

When you order a product with fixed repetitive/automatic deliveries on careandrepair.no, we need your name, address, mobile number and e-mail. It is necessary to keep the information continuously, so we can supply the product you subscribe to on a regular basis according to how often you have chosen to receive your supplies. We are also required to keep the information for accounting, tax purposes and any warranty/return processing. The introductory offers can not be exploited unfairly through frequent and repetitive creation/termination of a subscription, as they are only intended for new customers. In order to avoid such misuse of our offers, we keep the information continuously. We also store the IP address used in the order for security purposes.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access your personal data that careandrepair.no has registered in accordance with the relevant legislation. You may at any time request to receive this information free of cost in accordance with the relevant legislation. You may also, at any time, ask us to delete or correct your personal data, provided there are no other compelling, justified reasons urging us to keep these in accordance with applicable laws or other obligations. Information must be delivered/transferred safely. If the registrant submits the request electronically, and unless the registrant requests otherwise, the information shall be provided in a regular electronic form. You may withdraw the consent you have given us at any time. You have the right to appeal to Datatilsynet (The Data Protection Authority) if you find that your personal data is not processed in accordance with this statement. ARCHIVING PERSONAL DATA

In order to protect customers’ rights in regards to our automated supplies of goods; warranty and complaints on the physical goods or services in accordance with applicable consumer legislation and LAB PHARMA’s terms of use, we will store purchase history for an indefinite period.

SAFETY OF PERSONAL DATA

LAB PHARMA ensures that unauthorized persons do not access your personal data and that the processing of data is in accordance with the requirements of relevant legislation.

SUPPLY OF GOODS

LAB PHARMA sells products that are meant to be used over time. All our products are therefore delivered on an ongoing basis to meet the customer’s monthly requirements for the product. New supplies must arrive before the customer runs out of the product. All information about the customer necessary to provide this service, with ongoing supplies of a product to the customer’s address, will be used by the relevant carrier of the product. We cooperate with Posten for such transportation of the goods. We provide the personal data necessary to deliver the goods to you. The information that is shared with the carrier is the customer’s name, address and desired delivery point.

PAYMENT SYSTEMS

For security reasons, we store order history containing the IP address we receive orders from. Order details at careandrepair.no are: IP address, name, address, e-mail and phone number. All systems that process personal data related to customer orders are strictly limited to employees who perform necessary tasks related to the order. LAB PHARMA delivers all supplies with an invoice that is to be paid within 14 days. We work together with Arvato to ensure the payment of these invoices. We provide the personal data necessary for them to register the customer’s payment. Arvato will use the same information to send invoice reminders, if an invoice is not paid within the maturity date. The information that is shared with the company handling our invoice management is the name, address, phone number and e-mail address. If no letters of collection are paid, the invoice will be transferred to debt collection. The same information is then shared with Gothia, whom processes debt collection claims.
